Wide variety of experience in a rich, multi-platform, "many hats" environment. Primary responsibilities included imaging, configuration, deployment, and repair of workstations, notebooks and servers, employee support through help desk tickets, and assistance with network maintenance.

Responsibilities soon grew to include leading more complex projects, working with tape backups, managing both the corporate anti-virus and mobile email solutions, influencing IT policy, presenting training sessions on areas of expertise, and participating in an on-call rotation for network emergencies, in addition to developing skills on an as-needed basis to complete specific tasks.
